Description
A highly respected, South East based, privately owned IT consultancy, with offices in the UK and Europe, delivers a range of services from IT Consultancy, software project development to application support services for corporate clients covering the insurance, retail, FMCG, automotive, and charity sectors. As a result of continued growth the company is now seeking a Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for managing the organisation’s relationships with key clients and help deliver projects.
Specifically, the role will entail being the key contact with a number of clients from a client relationship/service delivery perspective, liaising with the Lead Consultants to ensuring projects are being implemented within agreed timescales and the clients are satisfied as well as build and maintain relationships with key contacts within the clients to build loyalty and repeat business.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will have proven client relationship management skills, delivering services to clients, commercial acumen combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An interest or exposure to IT and technology will be an advantage. This hybrid role will require occasional travel to the company’s offices which are to the north and south of London as well as to clients’ premises in the UK.
