  A growing, vibrant and influential consultancy, that specialises in E-Commerce and multi-channel activity, works with a range of high street retailers and online merchants, both in the UK and overseas, helping them develop their customer strategy and practical approach to generate incremental revenues, improve customer journeys, and provide hands-on support to drive profitability.
    
  Increased growth, new client gains, and the inextricable drive towards online shopping means the consultancy is seeking to appoint a Senior Consultant to lead on content and apply strategic thinking delivering consulting and business enablement projects and work streams in larger multi-discipline digital delivery projects across omnichannel content management, as well as optimise value and manage the change associated with omnichannel Content Management solutions.
    
  This senior role will entail orchestrating with digital delivery and project management teams liaising with ‘C Suite’ clients and being the subject matter expert in new business pitches as well with existing clients.
    
  You will have in-depth experience of content strategies and the tech to make it work across different platforms, understanding how content and drive customer propositions, combined with experience in designing and engineering technology solutions in Commerce, marketing, mobile, social, CRM, CMS, or social networking, and be seeking a role that will give you variety and scope to enhance your expertise in e-commerce.
