With expertise across 100 marketing disciplines, the network has huge influence across the marketing industry and are at the forefront of delivering initiatives for its members and the industry at large.

  As the Managing Director, you will spearhead our growth and business strategies, ensuring their successful implementation. You will manage a team consisting of marketing, sales and finance functions, and will be the figurehead fostering client relationships and devising innovative retention strategies. Your financial acumen will guide the management of our business Additionally, you will establish strong connections with our valued members, while nurturing employee growth and development.

  To thrive in this role, you should bring a proven track record in senior management, ideally from within the marketing agency world. Your strategic mindset will be instrumental in driving the business forward and identifying new opportunities to expand the agency and professional services portfolio. Exceptional leadership, networking, and communication skills are vital as you engage with stakeholders across the board. Your ability to navigate operational challenges and streamline project management processes will contribute to the success of our ventures. The role is 100% remote
