  Our client is a fast-growing scale-up that builds industrial grade AI Applications for large blue chip companies. Currently they deliver across three continents and multiple industry verticals. The business has 200+ scientists and engineers based globally and currently work in the Utilities, Telco, Insurance and Investment sectors. They believe that organisations can fundamentally improve the way they run their businesses by leveraging the wealth of data they have access to. They build industrial AI applications, supported by digital twin platforms and digital skills transformation, to ensure their applications deliver value.

  To date, they have over 20 production-grade AI Solutions that are in active use by their clients today. These applications have fundamentally changed the way their customers run their
  operations. They have also won multiple awards for the work they have done. They are on a journey to become a product-led company, with a vision to be famous for their modular, multi-channel AI and digital twin products. To achieve this our client now requires a Head Of Product Operations and Portfolio Delivery to lead and define their ways of working in Product and align delivery across the overall portfolio. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, you will create and own the Product operating model, you will coach and mentor product managers and product owners in tools and best practice, and lead on alignment of planning and dependency management. You will also be responsible for clarity of delivery across the company.

  The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, capable of leading and optimising product
  operations, and fostering a collaborative environment within the organisation. He or she should have previously been an experienced Senior Product Manager and can coach and develop a
  product management system. With strong communication skills and excellent presentation ability,
  it is likely you will have an MBA or similar and be capable of working with a large group of technology professionals.
