  • Are you a skilled storyteller with a passion for content that drives results? This is a dynamic digital agency, specializing in user experience design and experimentation services for top Ecommerce brands. As they embark on an exciting brand transformation, they are investing heavily in content and events marketing to broaden their client base. They now require a visionary leader to spearhead this effort.
      
    Reporting directly to the Growth Director, you’ll take charge of designing, building, and executing a comprehensive content strategy that reaches a range of target audiences and builds trust. Your mission will be to showcase the agency’s expertise and elevate their brand through remarkable, impactful content.
      
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Leadership: Conduct in-depth research and collaborate with teams, clients, and prospects to craft compelling content stories.
    • Social Media Strategy: Manage their LinkedIn content pipeline, enhancing the brand presence and empowering key team members to share their insights.
    • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with powerful content, including client case studies and proof points, to drive conversions.
    • Lead Generation: Create high-quality long-form content—reports, guides, and checklists—that fuels the lead generation campaigns.
    • Event Marketing: Lead the charge in marketing events, working closely with partners to attract and engage prospects.
    • Performance Analysis: Continuously measure the impact of content, using metrics and insights to refine strategies.

    What they are looking for:

    • A natural storyteller with a talent for crafting content that inspires action.
    • A proactive, organized leader who engages the team in the content creation process.
    • Good B2B content experience, ideally within a marketing agency, SaaS, or technical services environment.
    • A proven track record of developing successful B2B lead generation strategies across digital channels, including email, social media, and paid media.
