As the Chief Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in leading data science initiatives and driving their AI strategy forward.

  As the Chief Data Scientist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the  consultancy’s AI strategy, identifying opportunities, and delivering AI-driven solutions to their clients in the UK. You will build and lead a team of talented data scientists, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable projects. Your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modelling will be instrumental in developing advanced AI models and algorithms. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with data governance and ethical considerations, while presenting insights and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.

  To succeed in this role, you will be educated to degree level in computer science, engineering, or a related field, coupled with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI projects. Your technical expertise should encompass machine learning, deep learning, statistical modelling, and AI algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala is essential, along with experience using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have experience working with cloud platforms and big data processing technologies. Leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation are paramount.
