  Launched last year, our client is building a disruptive brand, supported by significant investment. It is going to be the biggest technology breakthrough within the telecommunication industry for some time. As part of this growth strategy they are now looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in this exciting, young company.

  Reporting to the IT Director and liaising across other commercial teams,  the focus of the role will be to implement the force.com platform and its integration with key network planning and management systems at the heart of the technology infrastructure within this organisation.  Salesforce enables the company to deliver a next-level customer experience and is integral to its strategy and growth plans.

  To apply, you will have a detailed understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud standard objects and functionality and Salesforce configuration including automated workflows and non-automated configuration.  With good experience of BMPN 2.0, you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of BA Techniques such as business analysis, use cases, process maps, gap analysis and gathering requirement.  A good communicator with strong, concise report writing skills will be required together with an understanding of agile methodology and the ability to understand data models of business.
