  A growing and innovative agency, recently created as a result of the merger of two highly respected businesses, works with a roster of prestigious clients helping them to fuse their customer experience activity with CRM and data. Their new year has started successfully and as a result are seeking an Account Manager to support an AD on two key clients, including a major loyalty programme.
    
  The work will be predominantly email based but there is a huge amount of creative appetite from both clients. The role requires someone with great communication and organisation to help manage the client and the internal teams – basically someone who wants to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!
    
  They are seeking someone who has had experience of managing clients in the world of CRM and data but equally loves creativity and happy to work with planners and a creative team to drive customer engagement. The role would suit an Account Manager looking for a new challenge or a Senior Account Executive looking for their next step.
